Interota 2011 es la 11a vez que se celebra. En esta ocasión, tendrá lugar en Hurghada (Egipto) con el tema "Paz, Educación y Medio Ambiente".

Interota 2011 espera dar la bienvenida a alrededor de 600 participantes de edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 30 años de diferentes nacionalidades. 5 días de trabajo con talleres de trabajo, discusiones, ponentes invitados junto con estudios del Institute for Peace. La pasión para e servicio será dirijida a proyectos y actividades relacionadoa a promover la paz a traves de la Educación y el Medio Ambiente .

También habrá una gran paquete cultural y turístico planificado para que los participantes puedan admirar Egipto, mundialemnte conocido por su cultura, us magia y su glamour.

Rotaract District 5040 located in Western Canada would like to invite you to participate in our 2011 Vancouver – Canada Round Trip (Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Victoria, Burnaby, Richmond, Whistler, Squamish).

The goal of this Round Trip is to foster global Rotaract ties, provide an authentic experience of Canada’s multiculturalism, and facilitate international friendships. International and local Rotaractors will participate in various activities highlighting our ... unique mix of nature, city, and eco-friendly living. Dragon boating in False Creek, hiking the Grouse Grind, touring Victoria, shopping on Granville Island, and exploring the Whistler Village are just a few of the exciting events planned for this fun-filled 10 day trip. The Vancouver – Canada Round Trip 2011 occurs from August 26, 2011 to September 4, 2011.

RO-TREK-TOUR. Nepal

Dear Rotaract Friends,

RO-TREK-TOUR, Nepal is an initiation of Rotaract Clubs of Nepal (R I District 3292) to invite Rotaractors from all over the world with an effort to promote international understanding and fellowship. The event aims to expand the activities and networks of Rotaract Nepal across the globe, and promote Nepal as a tourist destination.

We have designed three major programs for the event:
- The first is a 12-day guided sightseeing tour of the major tourist areas of Nepal namely Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Chitwan and Lumbini.
- The second is 2 trekking packages (14-day trekking to Annapurna Base Camp and 14-trek trekking and volunteering in the Annapurna region).
- The third is to create a platform for Rotaract clubs in Nepal to work jointly with clubs across the globe in various service and fellowship projects.

Packages for the event has now been finalised and registrations are open.

Rotaract Club Barcelona Diagonal. Proyectos internacionales

El Rotaract Club Barcelona Diagonal tiene en marcha los siguientes proyectos a nivel internacional:


Clean Mind in a Clean Body:
Proyecto de sensibilización diseñado por los profesores del colegio del poblado Sidi Yaala, en Marruecos. Con él pretendemos educar y sensibilizar sobre la importancia de la higiene corporal de los niños (160 alumnos) al mismo tiempo que concienciamos a los alumnos de la importancia del colegio: es importante que lo vean como un área de aprendizaje y diversión. El objetivo del proyecto es proporcionar los recursos materiales necesarios y suficientes (ropa, cepillos y pasta de dientes, material escolar y educativo) para facilitar la realización y efectividad del programa de sensibilización, aprovechando nuestro fácil acceso a dicho material. Este proyecto está en plena fase de ejecución.
¡¡el día 20 de mayo viajamos a Sidi Yaala para entregar el material en persona!!

Estamos trabajando en la organización de un evento cultural que incluirá una ceremonia de té japonesa explicada por una experta en protocolo de este tipo de ceremonias, una feria gastronómica japonesa, una subasta de obras de arte con performance y la actuación de un DJ para cerrar la noche.
El acto está previsto que se celebre el próximo viernes 29 de abril 2011 en la antigua casa HAIKU (C/ Perill 43). Los fondos recaudados serán donados íntegramente para la reconstrucción de Japón.

Semana Mundial de Rotaract 2011: 7 al 13 de MARZO

El 13 de Marzo de 1968 se fundó el primer Club Rotaract de mundo. Fue en Carolina del Norte (EE.UU.).

Para conmemorarlo, todos los clubes Rotaract del mundo dedican cada año la semana en la que cae el 13 de Marzo a celebrar la Semana Mundial de Rotaract y realizan junto con su club rotario patrocinador un proyecto de servicio, actividades de difusión, asisten mutuamente a las reuniones de padrino y apadrinado,...

En 2011, la Semana Mundial de Rotaract es del 7 al 13 de marzo.

Oskar Irmler (ex-ex Representante para Espana del E.R.I.C. (2006/08)) me ha informado de que la Interota 2011 de Egipto ha sido pospuesta a Noviembre 2011.


Los que hayan pagado hasta la fecha y no puedan ir en noviembre, le será reintegrado el importe íntegro.

Están actualizando la web http://www.interota2011.org/ y de momento no funciona.

Rotaractors of the world... I would like to extend a warm Egyptian greeting to all of you.

My name is Mona Arslan and I am the chairperson of the Interota Cairo 2011.

It brings me great honor to communicate with so many Rotaractors from all over the world in this very first message from the Interota organizing committee.

After a long time of dedication, team work, research and Rotaract Activism, I officially announce that Interota Cairo will take place on the 29th of June 2011 entering into the first week of July.

Some of you might have previously heard that the Interota's initial date was during November of that year but we had to change the date due to the presidential elections taking place in Egypt around that time of the year. We do expect that the elections would pose traffic to one of the busiest, most active, and dynamic capitals in the world… CAIRO !

Our aim is a successful event with an Egyptian Aroma clinging to the visitors’ minds, reminding them of the GLORY they revisited and the EXOTIC FESTIVITIES they attended, infused with the well-known Rotaract ACTIVISM

Registration will open on the 10th of December 2010 and will be categorized into 3 phases of early , middle and late registration.

In the land of thousands of years of civilizations we promise you to be effective to the community through our advocacy service project targeting one of the hottest peace topics! We also invite you to have hands on experience and ACT directly to community development opportunities in Cairo.

Interota 2011. El Cairo (Egipto)

INTEROTA es una reunión Rotaract a nivel mundial que se realiza cada 3 años.
Está organizada y patrocinada por rotaractianos y está pensada como un forum para compartir ideas, preocupaciones y experiencias con otros miembros de clubes rotaract del resto del mundo.
Además, los participantes tienen la posibilidad de hacer turismo y participar en eventos culturales a lo largo de todo el evento.
aunque Interota no es una reunión oficial de Rotary International, el RI Board of Directors reconoce su valor y apoya el evento aprobando su programa y asegurando la futura representación de liderazgo en RI.

El próximo Interota tendrá lugar en 2011 en El Cairo (Egypt).

Rotaract Preconvention 2011. Mayo. New Orleans Louisiana (USA)

Aunque no se trate de un evento propiamente europeo, os dejo a todos la información por si estáis interesados en acudir.

Se trata de la Rotaract Preconvention de 2011, que tendrá lugar del 19 al 21 de Mayo de 2011 en Nueva Orleans (Luisiana) - EEUU.

La Preconvention es un evento Rotaract que tiene lugar siempre los 3 días anteriores y en el mismo lugar que la convention anual de Rotary (http://rotarycon2011.com/).

En 2009 tuvo lugar en Birmingham (UK) y en 2010 en Montreal (Canadá).
